adequate stay but needs improvement
The staff offered exceptional help during my stay. The pub downstairs had a warm atmosphere that made for a pleasant evening.
The amenities could use some upgrading, particularly in the shared bathroom.

Great location, comfy stay!
Spent a night here and honestly, the location was spot on! Super close to everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were pleasant too. Only thing was the shared bathroom could use a bit of a clean now and then. Grabbed a nice drink at the bar downstairs which was chill. not too shabby!

We had a pleasant experience during our stay, especially the spacious family room. The location was perfect for exploring Manchester, and my son loved the nearby parks.
In my wife’s opinion, simple improvements like having a private toilet would make a big difference for families.

Super friendly vibes!
Spent 1 night in a shared bathroom room and was really impressed. The staff were super friendly, and I was greeted with a warm welcome, even late at night! Breakfast was a nice surprise – they had a bar where I felt relaxed. One little thing was the noise from the street, but nothing too crazy.

Modern pub area with decent decor. Location is solid, just a short trek to Piccadilly station. a good spot to kick off a night out.
Rooms are in dire need of maintenance and cleanliness. a rip in the carpet and a wobbly drawer aren’t ideal. Shared bathrooms feel dark and uninviting, with drainage issues taking away the chance for a decent shower. Constantly heating rooms leave you sweating through your stay, and it seems like the heating system is useless if the staff can't address it. If you're stuck with a subpar room, you might get lucky and switch to one that’s better kept, but why play roulette with accommodations when you want a peace of mind?
