Spent a night here and honestly, the location was spot on! Super close to everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were pleasant too. Only thing was the shared bathroom could use a bit of a clean now and then. Grabbed a nice drink at the bar downstairs which was chill. not too shabby!

We had a pleasant experience during our stay, especially the spacious family room. The location was perfect for exploring Manchester, and my son loved the nearby parks.

In my wife’s opinion, simple improvements like having a private toilet would make a big difference for families.

Rooms are in dire need of maintenance and cleanliness. a rip in the carpet and a wobbly drawer aren’t ideal. Shared bathrooms feel dark and uninviting, with drainage issues taking away the chance for a decent shower. Constantly heating rooms leave you sweating through your stay, and it seems like the heating system is useless if the staff can't address it. If you're stuck with a subpar room, you might get lucky and switch to one that’s better kept, but why play roulette with accommodations when you want a peace of mind?
